MAINTENANCE TASKING

Ascente’s Maintenance Tasking module allows for users to create a highly detailed list of all of the activities for each of the field service technicians who are servicing maintenance contract customers. With the maintenance tasking module, technicians can automatically create and print service agreements, detailing all of the tasks and components based on the user defined schedules.

Print tasks by components and differentiate based on a technician’s skill level. If one technician has more defined skills in a certain area, the module can decipher that and send technicians to jobs based on their expertise.

Provides a listing of tasks that are to be performed, providing the necessary details on all of the materials that will be required to finish a job.

The ability to choose the start and expiration dates for jobs being performed.
